Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ann (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

1. The Service

Ann is an AI-assisted recruitment platform that helps hiring teams source candidates, draft job descriptions, and manage candidate outreach and communication.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Connected Third-Party Accounts

The Service may let you connect third-party accounts (such as Gmail, Outlook, or LinkedIn) to send outreach or retrieve related communication. You authorize Ann to access those accounts, strictly as described in our Privacy Policy, until you disconnect them. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited, unlawful, or deceptive communications.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share (including candidate data collected unlawfully).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable data-protection or employment laws.

5. Candidate Data

You represent that you have a lawful basis to collect, upload, and process any candidate personal data you submit to the Service, and that you will handle candidate data in accordance with applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

Ann and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software and underlying technology. You retain ownership of the content you upload.

7. Disclaimers

The Service, including any AI-generated content (such as job descriptions or candidate matches), is provided "as is." AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or sending it to a candidate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ann will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
